Applying to HUFLIT is simple and transparent. Follow the steps below to complete your application.

Step 1 – Nomination

For Student Exchange Program

You must be nominated by your home university, which is a HUFLIT partner institution.

For Other Programs

Nomination requirements may vary depending on the program.

Step 2 – Complete Your Application Package

Required for Student Exchange Program

• Application Form (fill in here)

• Official academic transcript (in English)

• Passport copy (biographical page, valid for at least 12 months)

• Passport-sized photos (JPG or PNG)

• Letter of recommendation

Required for Study Abroad Program

• Application form (fill in here)

• Official academic transcript (in English)

• Passport copy (biographical page, valid for at least 12 months)

• Passport-sized photos (JPG or PNG)

• Verification of student status

All documents must be certified and translated into English.

Step 3 – Submission

• Exchange: Submit your application package to the International Office at your home university.

• Study Abroad: Submit directly to HUFLIT’s Department of External Relations via email: huflit.ir@huflit.edu.vn.

Step 4 – Application Outcome

Once accepted, HUFLIT will send you an Official Notification Package, which includes:

• Acceptance Letter

• Pre-Departure Information Guide (important details before your arrival)
