International students are expected to follow HUFLIT’s academic rules and maintain appropriate conduct during their studies. Key regulations include:
1. Attendance Policy

Students who are absent for more than 20% of the semester duration are not allowed to take the final examination. A score of zero (0) will be recorded.

Late arrival:

10 minutes or more for writing tests

5 minutes or more for listening tests
→ The student will be denied entry and receive a zero (0) score.

2. Examination Regulations

Mid-term and final examinations are held during the middle and end of each semester.

Re-sitting examinations are not available under any circumstances.

Students must present their current HUFLIT Student ID Card to enter the exam room.
If the ID is forgotten:

Students must visit the Department of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance to obtain temporary identification.

No extra exam time will be granted for this delay.
HUFLIT does not support early examinations. All students must follow the official exam schedule.
