At the end of the exchange semester, HUFLIT issues official transcripts to help students transfer credits back to their home universities.

1. Transcript Issuance

HUFLIT will provide two official copies of the academic transcript.

Delivery Method:

• Email (PDF official copy)

• Postal mail sent directly to the International Office of the home institution.

2. Processing Time

Transcripts are issued within two months after the semester ends.

3. Notes

• Students should ensure their personal academic record is accurate before the semester closes.

• Additional copies may be requested depending on university policy.
