Accommodation fees depend on the room type, building quality, and the agreements within each MOU/MOA between HUFLIT and partner institutions.

Some partner universities may enjoy housing support, special pricing, or guaranteed room availability according to their MOU/MOA with HUFLIT.

4. HUFLIT Accommodation Support
The Department of External Relations assists students by:

Note: HUFLIT does not sign rental contracts on behalf of students. Students are responsible for finalizing agreements with landlords.
5. Tips for Renting Accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City
- Check what utilities are included
Electricity is often charged separately (approx. 3,500–5,000 VND/kWh).
Water and Wi-Fi may or may not be included.
