1. Where to Submit Your Application

Student Exchange Program

Submit your full application package to the International Office of your home university. They will forward your nomination to HUFLIT.

Study Abroad Program/ Other Programs

Submit your documents directly to HUFLIT via email:

2. How HUFLIT Reviews Your Application

• Documents will be checked for completeness and eligibility.

• HUFLIT may contact your home institution for verification (if needed).

• Processing time: typically 2–4 weeks depending on the semester.

3. Notification Package

Once your application is approved, you will receive an Official Notification Package, including:

✔ Acceptance Letter

Issued by HUFLIT confirming your participation.

✔ Pre-Departure Information

A guide covering:

• Arrival instructions

• Visa guidance

• Housing suggestions

• Campus life tips

• Registration procedures

4. What to Do After Receiving the Acceptance Letter

• Begin your visa application

• Arrange accommodation

• Book flights and plan arrival

• Prepare for course registration
